A short menu, a wood fire, and four days a week. The website’s job is to get a booking and to stop people turning up on a Monday.

What the pages are for

Put the hours and the booking in the first screen. Let the food and the room do the persuading. Resist a paragraph about “a journey”.

Tone: Sensory, short sentences, dark where the room is dark.
