Launch Labs is a small UK studio run by Kevin Howard. The work is practical. A business needs to be findable, to look like itself, and to catch the enquiry when the owner is on a job, in a service, or in the kitchen.
The studio exists because a proper website is still sold as if it required a large agency: a discovery phase, a strategy deck, and a bill that arrives before you have seen a page. There is another way. Show the work. Let the business decide. Charge a price a single-location company can understand.
Kevin works directly with the business. There is no account manager between the email and the person who does the work. A portrait and a longer account of the studio — where it sits, what came before it — will be added in his own words. This page does not use a stand-in photograph.

Who it is for
Trades, clinics, shops, restaurants and practices with a real premises or a real round, and a need for enquiries. People who can send a few honest photographs and a straight description of what they do.
Who it is not for
Companies that want an online shop, a large campaign site, or a brand identity project before a single page exists. Businesses that need the site live tomorrow morning with no conversation. Anyone who wants invented reviews.
The useful part, for a client, is not a biography. It is that the person who replies to hello@launchlabsites.co.uk is the person who does the work.
